How long does it take to dry?
Most fabric furniture dries in 6–12 hours. Mattresses and thick cushions can take up to 24. Running a fan or the AC speeds it up.
Can you remove pet stains and odors?
In most cases we can greatly reduce them. We pre-treat with an enzyme solution and rinse with hot-water extraction. Urine that has soaked deep into the cushion or changed the fabric color may not come out completely; we'll tell you what to expect before we start.
Is it safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We use fabric-safe, low-odor solutions and rinse them out. Please keep kids and pets away from the equipment while we work.
Why do I sign a service agreement?
It puts the important details in writing: what's included, drying, what can't be guaranteed, cancellations and payment. It protects you and us, and means no surprises on the day. Read it here.
Do you clean leather?
No. We clean fabric upholstery, mattresses and area rugs only.
What if I need to cancel?
Reschedule or cancel for free with at least 24 hours' notice. Later cancellations, or no access on arrival, have a $50 fee.
